Bahiyya Almas has been in business since 2003. Consumed
by our passion to dance, perform, teach,inspire and keep
the Art of Belly Dance alive in our community and around
the world. We strive daily to prepare and build our dancers
with techniques and principals of performance, and the
importance of learning independent and group dancing
while reinforcing healthy body image and self esteem
values. Our name means "Beautiful Diamonds" which
diamonds come in all shapes, sizes and color, belly dance is
for every one. We like to think of each new student as a
diamond in the rough, slowing shaping our bodies and
building our technique and freedom of dance with each
class and practice.

Belly dancing is for women of any size, shape, or ethnic
background. There are no age or level restrictions. Many of
the movements in belly dancing are natural to a woman's
body. Belly dancing will utilize muscles not often used
otherwise. This dance is for the purpose of promoting
culture & total fitness.
